Can't wait until CYM Malanka to get your zabava on? Join Verkhovyna at the League of Ukrainian Canadian Women Fall Zabava on Saturday, November 30th at the Ukrainian Youth Unity Complex! It promises to be a fantastic night, featuring music by DJ Miroutenko (his last performance in Edmonton). Dunai Announces Performances in New York State for the Soyuzivka Ukrainian Cultural Festival

July 12, 13, 14 Dunai will be heading to the Soyuzivka Heritage Center for its annual Ukrianian Cultural Festival. Affectionately nicknamed Suzy-Q, the festival has a rich history showcasing Ukrainian culture in the US Northeast. Ukrainian culture in The Dunai dancers cannot wait to perform there and proudly represent our Ensemble, the city of Edmonton and Canada.

The Verkhovyna Ensemble invites you to attend Yarmarok 2013 - our Ukrainian Pre-Easter Bazaar. On Saturday March 16 & Sunday 17th, join us for a weekend of family fun, including non-stop Ukrainian dancing entertainment, traditional cusisine at Baba's Kitchen, delicious baked goods, children's penny carnival & petting zoo as well as a craft fair and trade show! The event is hosted at the Ukrainian Youth Unity Complex, conveniently located at 9615 - 153 Ave in Edmonton, AB. Admission is only $5, and children under 12 are FREE!

Verkhovyna Fall Zabava 2012 featuring Zhyto & Millenia

The Verkhovyna Ukrainian Song & Dance Ensemble is proud to announce and invite you to our annual Fall Zabava - featuring bands Millenia & Zhyto. On October 27th, 2012, join us at the Ukrainian Youth Unity Complex for a night of fast polkas, good drinks and fun times. Doors open at 8PM, and the bands get going at 9PM. So you think you can fly?  Join Dunai!  The Dunai Dancers of the Verkhovyna Ensemble will be holding auditions at 6pm on September 8, 2011 at the Ukrainian Youth Unity Complex Gymnasium.  The complex is located at 9615-153 Ave. Edmonton, Alberta [MAP].  Males 14yrs+ and females 16yrs+ are welcome.  For more information, contact Breanne - 780.919.2485.
